The Student Ambassadors at Southeast Tech conduct tours of the school, convey information about Career Majors and activities, travel to middle schools with recruiting efforts, and help with special events. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Students must pay a $75.00 fee, which includes a t-shirt, bus transportation, and supplies.
