If you have a Dr.’s note, that note can be uploaded on the form. There are instructions on how to do that at bottom of the form.

Absence notes MUST be submitted within 3 days of an absence in order to be excused. Any note received after the 3 day time frame will not be excused.

We cannot accept absence notes from students.....they are not excused. All absence notes must be submitted by a parent/guardian with their email address on the form and must be done within 3 days of the absence in order to be excused. Please have a parent/guardian resubmit the absence.
