HOMECOMING GUEST PASS FORM

One guest per SE Tech student.

• Guest must be accompanied by the student named below.

• SE Tech students are responsible for the behavior of their guests.

• All guests must show a photo ID at the door. SE Tech students must present an SE Tech ID.

• All CCSD rules apply while at the dance.

• No guest over the age of 19 will be allowed.

• All guests must currently attend a CCSD high school, charter school or homeschool and never been

expelled from a CCSD school. If the guest is a graduate of, please fill in the school and year of graduation. After submission, you must meet with Mrs. Veeder for final approval for all guests who have graduated.
