SWIMMERS THAT SWIM ON A CLUB TEAM ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO ATTEND 1 PRACTICE PER WEEK ON MONDAY PROVIDED YOU TURN IN PRACTICE VERIFICATIONS FROM YOUR CLUB COACH.
