About Mr. Nalley
Hello! I'm Mr. Nalley and I teach math at SECTA. Maybe you are in one of my Algebra 1 or Algebra 2 classes this year. I love teaching at SECTA! I was born and raised right here in Las Vegas. My high school was Western HS (go Warriors!) and later I graduated from UNLV with a degree in mechanical engineering. Aside from a couple of internships, I never worked as a mechanical engineer but took a rather sharp turn to work in campus ministry (InterVarsity Christian Fellowship) for fifteen years. I began teaching high school math in 2010 starting at Sierra Vista HS then Chaparral HS and now I'm in my fifth year here at SECTA. I'm married with three of my own kids, the oldest of which is heading off to college for his first year. I love to travel and have been to Mexico, Canada, Guatemala, and Thailand so far not too mention most of the U.S. states. I'm looking forward to getting to know! Go Roadrunners!
